- The **older man** (blue jacket, white hair/beard, holding the notepad) is the **therapist**.

- The **younger man** (green plaid shirt) is the **patient** on the couch.

**Panel 1**: Therapist calmly listening while the **patient** says:
**“Government is horribly corrupt.”**

**Panel 3**: The **patient** continues:
**“Artificial Intelligence should govern people--”**

### The actual joke:
The meme is saying that complaining about corrupt government is a **perfectly normal** thing to say in therapy.

But the moment the patient suggests **“AI should govern people”**, it’s so unhinged that the therapist immediately tries to murder him on the spot.

Classic dark humor format: one controversial-but-acceptable opinion → therapist fine.
Next opinion crosses the line into “this person is too dangerous to live” → therapist goes full psycho. by @antistate

Apostle Peter is in Rome under intense Christian persecution by Emperor Nero. His followers urge him to preserve his life and escape the city, so Peter disguises his clothing and flees alone. In his escape, he encounters the apparition of the resurrected Jesus Christ, who is walking in the opposite direction.

Shocked, Peter asks Jesus, "Domine, quo vadis?"
(Lord, where are you going?)

To which He responds, "Romam eo iterum crucifigi"
(I am going to Rome to be crucified again)

Stricken with shame and filled with sudden immense courage, Peter turns around and walks straight back into Rome, where he is subsequently captured and sentenced to death. He feels completely unworthy to die in the exact same manner as Jesus, so Peter famously requests to be crucified upside down.
