Coach Tone will get you strong, lean, and confident 💪🏼 by @anton_alvarez99

Before somebody starts crying talking about “looks aren’t everything !!! 😡 😡😡” I know that. 6 packs don’t equate to quality coaching. However, If you don’t have great results on your own fitness journey, you shouldn’t be coaching others.

When someone comes to me to get shredded , I show them a picture of me at single digit body fat. When they want to get bigger, I show them a picture of me before and after gaining 40 pounds. It’s simple, Lead by example. by @anton_alvarez99

🗣️ It’s WILLINGNESS 💯 they’re willing to get better , they’re willing to make mistakes, and they’re willing to communicate those mistakes with me. The stagnant ones? They show up late, don’t take my advice, and are hell bent on doing things their way 🤔

Hiring a Personal Trainer is the first step (and it’s a great step). Step two is being willing (there’s that word again 🤔) to put the ego down, and listen 👂 by @anton_alvarez99

Something that I need to instill in my clients is the non negotiable mindset. Unless we’re sick or there’s an emergency, I don’t care if you don’t feel like it, if it’s cold outside, if it’s hot outside….. I don’t care if you had a long day, fam stressing you out, what does that have to do with not showing up ?…. Nothing. Make it non negotiable 🫱🏻‍🫲🏿 by @anton_alvarez99

That this fitness shit is supposed to be SIMPLE and do what you ENJOY doing. The general population just needs more vegetables, to limit their carbohydrate intake, increase protein, and exercise 3-4 times a week 👀 👇🏻

Do what’s fun. Pilates? Great. Bodybuilding? Awesome. Long distance running? Keep it up. Stop making this complicated 😂 by @anton_alvarez99
