So happy with these results and beyond grateful for everyone who has supported me, believed in me and been part of this journey. ❤️

But the best part? Getting to race the team event with my two sisters again. Nothing beats sharing the course, the nerves, the podium and the memories with them.👯‍♀️❤️
What a season it‘s been ! So many ups & downs, lessons learned, amazing people met and memories made. My last year as a 23-year-old is officially in the books 🫡😥

Thankful for every single person who crossed my path. Now it’s time to recharge, enjoy a little break and get ready for what’s next. 🫶

My last U23 European Championships in Épinal. 🇫🇷

I left the individual final with a 12th place. Of course, I had hoped for a little more from my final run, but looking back, I know I can be really proud of this result and of everything it took to get there.✨

And then there was the team race. 🥈
Sharing my last U23 team run with the girls and coming away with the silver medal made me incredibly happy. I’m so proud of these girls and so grateful that I got to experience this moment with them. 🤍💅

The Cross was another special part of this week. On the last day, I managed to put down an 11th-place Time Trial, which I’m really happy with, especially after such a long injury break. Unfortunately, the Slalom final made the injury flare up a little again. And because things apparently weren’t dramatic enough, I also ended up with fever and a stomach bug, which meant I couldn’t race the Head-to-Head. I was honestly pretty sad not to be able to finish the competition on the water, but sometimes your body has other plans.

More than the results, I’m taking so much from these last U23 years. I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who supported me, helped me, believed in me, hugged me when I needed it, stayed for the deep talks, laughed with me, and made these years what they were.🫂❤️‍🩹

I’m grateful for all the people I’ve met, the friendships I’ve made and all the memories I’ll carry with me. ❤️

I really hope we’ll all see each other again very soon and, most importantly, don’t lose touch.

So it’s not a goodbye….just a see you soon next season .👋🏻
And hopefully next time with less drama, no injuries and a functioning stomach. 🫶🏼

5th place at the World Championships in Kraków. 🌍✨

If someone had told me a few months ago that I would be standing here today, I probably wouldn’t have believed them.🥺

After dealing with an injury since February, I never thought I would make it this far. There were so many moments of doubt, frustration, and uncertainty, but giving up was never an option.❤️‍🩹

Finishing 5th individually and winning 2nd place with the team is something I’m incredibly proud of. 🥈
The team medal brought me so much joy, and sharing that moment with these amazing people made it even more special.🫂

Of course, it’s hard knowing that without touching the gate in my individual run, a medal could have been within reach. But looking back, I know that every setback, every sacrifice, and every hour of hard work was worth it. This journey has taught me so much more than a medal ever could.✨

I’m deeply grateful for every single person who has been part of this journey and supported me along the way. Thank you to everyone who believed in me, encouraged me, and stood by my side through the highs and the lows. Thank you to everyone I could laugh with, and also cry with—you made this journey unforgettable.💕

A huge thank you to my family for always being my biggest supporters. ❤️

And thank you @spitzensport_bundeswehr for the incredible support that allows me to pursue my dreams.

This is not the end of the journey—it’s another step forward. And I’m more motivated than ever for what’s next. 🤍✨

Made it into the U23 German Nationalteam🇩🇪

Probably the most painful qualification I’ve ever had because of the injury I’ve been dealing with since February 😔
But still somehow managed to achive my goal.
This wouldn‘t have been possible without my family🫂
Love you all to the moon & back ❤️
