I have had some time to reflect now since the Ultra, and wanted to start by saying that support from you guys been unreal thank you🤝🏻😤
Also to everyone that donated to the charity thank you so much ❤️

I think this was more than just a physical challenge for me. I’ve never loved running, in fact i kinda hate it. My first run this year was July 26th, and before that it was march 2021. A two year gap of no running.

I wanted to quit so many times. The pain was pretty bad but like anything bad its always temporary.
It got difficult after 4 hours in and thats when I wanted to stop.

But I kept having this recurring thought

If i quit now, what else will i quit on in the future ?
What else will I convince myself to give up on?

That’s something I never wanna find out. (I’ll never quit)

I realised that this isn’t about physical strength. Its about heart.

And whats in your heart makes you who you are.

Ive already switched gears for the next event.

My body is breakable,
my spirit is not

Yours truly,
Ultraman Tony
