Another week, another chance to get some miles in!⚡️

As always we’ve got four runs planned this week, including a special Sunday event. This Sunday, October 11, we’re swapping our usual 16K for a charity run organised by Fien, supporting her patient Marie, who has been living with MS for the past 10 years.

The charity run offers different distances, so everyone can choose their own challenge. The route consists of two loops of around 7K, with a refreshment station after each loop.

Whether you join for 7K, 14K or even push yourself to 42K, there’s an option for everyone.

Show some Crew 🖤 and join us for this special event. The event is completely free. If you’d also like to contribute to the cause, you can make a donation to support Marie and the MS-Liga.

If you’re planning to come, please register beforehand. This will help the organisers prepare properly and make sure there are enough refreshments and support for everyone.

THE MEDAL IS ONLY THE VISIBLE PART🥇

The first medals are coming in- and we couldn’t be more impressed.

Early mornings. Long runs. Repeating the hard sessions. Showing up when motivation isn’t there. Staying disciplined when nobody is watching.

These medals are a celebration of the work our runners have been putting in for months. Of the goals they set, and the commitment it took to get to that finish line.

First medals of the season. First goals achieved. And so many more to come🖤

🗣️ THIS WEEK’S RUNS

This Saturday’s Fast Train will be a special one. We’re calling it “Fast Train Gone wild”! ⚡️A special edition with 1 km laps. We’ll start at a pace of 5:30/km and gradually speed up, finishing at 3:20/km.

That’s 14 × 1 km in total. 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️💨
Each lap 10” faster than the previous one.
First km at 5’30
Second at 5’20
Seventh at 4’30
Tenth at 4’00”
Finishing with the fourteenth at 3’20”⚡️

Everyone can see how many laps they can hold on to the Fast Train. After each lap, you can stop at Poisson Pilote and cheer on the remaining runners or jump back on the train after catching your breath from skipping a lap.

On Sunday, we’ll take over the streets of Antwerp for Car-Free Day! Your chance to run through the Antwerp streets without cars, traffic or red lights holding you back! 🤩
