The "Length Retention" Method (For people who think their hair doesn't grow)

Your hair does grow. You're just breaking it off faster than it can grow.

I spent years wondering why my hair stayed at shoulder length no matter what I did. I bought every growth oil on the market, but I was still using elastic ties and brushing my hair when it was wet which was snapping my ends off.

I finally retained length when I stopped focusing on 'growth' and started focusing on protection. Here is the game plan:
1. Silk Everything: Swap your cotton pillowcase and hair ties for silk/satin.
2. The Bow Method: Don't brush wet hair. Detangle with a flaxseed gel it make hair more soft and easy to Comb.(ii) Detangle with a wide-tooth comb and conditioner only.
