Look everyone is trying to get somewhere, the problem is there is nowhere to go. You are not in control of your life, you are the fueler and the parent of your life force, you can fuel and feed your life force but your life goes its own way, you have no control over it. It reminds me of this sentence ‘we can not force flowers to grow’ we can only water them and make sure that we put them in sunlight and it’s the same with the self, we can put ourselves in the right environments so that growth can naturally take place and we can remember to nourish ourselves but we can not force ourselves to grow. The more energy you invest in becoming someone, the more you lose. The more energy and time you invest in trying to get somewhere, the more lost you become. Those who are in a hurry will be delayed. On this path of personal and spiritual growth success happens on its own through our courage to be present with what is, when we can come into the space of recognizing that theres nowhere to go and theres nothing to achieve and we bring ourselves fully into the present moment, then our energy and our life force begins to move in such a way that passion expresses a forward movement, a forward movement is allowed to happen through our courage to be fully present in this moment right now, theres nothing to change, there is no-one to be and there is nowhere to get to. Consciousness can not be driven. Consciousness is the driver. The business follows.

Once upon a time, I was unified,
Half a life exploring inwardly,
Psychadelic healing vivedly,
Daily meditation, my positive medication,
appreciating everything,
Regular physical exercise, balanced diet, heart led lifestyle, Slowing down and appreciating space,
non-doing, silence, beauty and grace.

High volume clarity,
A symptom of my breaking through polarity,
moving unified in life flow, Ready to go,
I am totally here and at peace with myself and the world,
Until….society handed me a smart phone.

I once read a newspaper article,
“Scrolling is as addictive as crack cocaine”
So here I am with this legal, crack in hand,
swiping through reels of half naked women,
right wing political agendas and abused animals
from far away lands, interspersed amongst reels from friends and other more positive content, Now if I wasn’t so nieve I might perceive that someone or something is attempting to manipulate me,
re-polarise and stupify me,
psychologically fucking with me,
turning me into exactly how they see me,
A sheep being led blindly through a pre-determined maze towards an uninspired destiny.

You see, the global smart phone phenomenon represents the new type of mainstream social conditioning,
Its just way more efficient than the media they were using to control us before.

Back in the 60s it was turn off the TV,
cos everything you saw and still see is a carefully
sequenced and correlated attempt to hijack
collective frequencies, pushing fear like smack,
back into the societal mass, mindfuck.
Now with the advancement of technology,
They are fucking with your individuality,
Your mind being sold to those with the most money
Every time you explore social media they are
learning by how you engage to different posts,
what you like the most and what you don’t,
they want you to react and engage,
that’s why they show me hot women,
Nigel Farage and Animals suffering in a cage because I am a mildly hetro-sexual, previously left leaning, Pescatarian.

Thank you for constantly reminding me that life is not so serious. Thank you for the constant joy you emitted and spread where ever you went. Thank you for showing me that living in this kind of joy and passion is not a pipe dream, it is a real possibility. Thank you for trusting me to assist you these past few years. I will take the experiences I have received from you here and pass this love and joy forward onto others. You were not always an angel but I am sure you are now, I can feel it.

In October 2024 whilst assisting a Trauma Healing Training in Northern India I found Noah bouncing around the local streets. The ashram didn't like him coming in begging for food and were threatening 'action'. So I put my flight back, took him to an airbnb for a month to get him healthy as he had tick fever. We then went on a 7 day adventure in a taxi across India to an amzing pet boarding called WAGVILLE in Bangalore. Noah stayed there for 13months until finally I had all the paperwork I needed to import him to UK. In January 2026 Noah arrived at Heathrow airport. I looked after him in my home over the Winter and in March began looking for his forever home. On 14th May 2026 Noah went to his forever home.

Thank you to Pooja for helping along the journey, BIG thank you to SUMA and her husband for their support, thank you to Subhadra and all her team and Wagvile Bangalore, thank you also to Ajay at HappyRelocate and his team, thank you to myself for always believing that love is possible and finally thank you to Natalie and Martin for welcoming Noah into your lives.

In todays world EVERY act of love and kindness is a radical act and we are never powerless, if we can change the life of one being then in some way we magically creating hope for many. Follow your heart, always.

The need for Justice very often is what keeps us entangled in the mind, entangled in story and entangled in the past of the family and keeps us small and weak. When we have the strength and the resilience to look directly at Injustice and be able to acknowledge the existence of it without getting drawn into the impulse to rescue or to do something but just presencing with, then something really expansive and different can begin to happen inside of ourselves and in our lives. It reminds me of this quote by Bert hellinger only those who can accept the terrible can be truly free only those who can accept the terrible can be truly free. So I'm not saying that we that we should just let fucked up things happen in the present moment, I'm saying we need to let go of the past and come into the now and giving up the need to rescue people from injustice is part of that process, on the internal level because of course the first people we tried to rescue on the internal level is our parents. We're all trying to rescue our parents, whether it's our mothers or a Fathers we're trying to rescue them at some unconscious level and then what happens is we go out into the world and we reperpertrate that unconscious rescue dynamic at the socio-political level. Most people are unconsciously reactively fighting injustice because they are trying to help their parents and actually this way of fighting is much less effective than when we fight from presence, total presence and a capacity to be fully here in this moment right now rather than reacting something unresolved from our family past.

I bless the night that nourished my heart,
To set the ghosts of longing free,
