Happy Daughters Day to this girl God blessed me with almost 20 years ago. @emmaa_nunn

She loves God, old country music, Opie and her family. She’ll fight for the people she loves and won’t stand for someone being done wrong. She’s loyal. She’s passionate. She’s thoughtful, loving and genuine.

She’s kind, really kind, and always has been. In preschool during a valentine party, there was a little boy that none of the girls would dance with. She didn’t want to, but she did because she wanted to make him feel included. There are countless stories I could tell about her kindness and big heart.

She works hard. She’s had a job, sometimes two or three since she was 15 years old. She didn’t have to, but she wanted to. Shes independent, but not to a fault. Even during all of her working hours, she finds time for her family and friends, visits with mamaw, just because. She cooks dinner and cleans the house when she sees it needs done, she does laundry and goes on walks with me when I am not feeling lazy. She likes to lay in my room and talk to me til I fall asleep telling me about her day, days feel sadder when I don’t get to see her so much. It’s been an emotional year for me 😂 but back to her. I’m so proud of her and who she is, and the woman she is becoming.

Our first dove shoot!
Easton (and Matt) loved it and cant wait to do it again. I was proud of both of my boys. Matt got two doves and a bunch of clays 😜 The shotguns we had were a little too powerful for Easton, but he loved shooting targets with the .22 Henry and he had a great aim!
