I’m excited to share that I’ve had the opportunity to work on a commercial and create 3D immersive 180° VR videos and content for the @apple Apple Vision Pro

Shooting on the @reddigitalcinema Raptor 8K VV with @canonusa Dual Fisheye stereoscopic lens was a truly transformative experience.

The @canonusa RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye lens, the world’s first of its kind, enables 3D stereoscopic 180° VR capture with a single image sensor. This innovation allows creators to seamlessly switch from traditional photography or videography to stereoscopic 3D capture.

The resulting content provides viewers with lifelike depth and the ability to explore the environment by simply moving their heads – a truly immersive experience.

Great way to spend birthday week on a set.

What a memorable night! Truly honored to bring home the Best Cinematography award for Butterscotch from the NAFA Film Festival in San Jose.

@abhisgholap, what you’re doing goes beyond being a successful entrepreneur and investor. Your passion for Marathi cinema and your work bringing Marathi films and art culture to audiences here in the US is genuinely inspiring, and festivals like NAFA are a big part of making that happen.

Butterscotch – Follow the Love is a moving story about grief, memory, and the cost of holding on. Vikram reached into the future to hold on to the past, only to lose the life still waiting for him.

It was an honor to screen Dead Deer High at the 29th edition of the @danceswithfilms in Los Angeles, at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre. @deaddeerhigh

A heartfelt story, beautifully written by Joshua Roark and thoughtfully directed by @thejorochelle . It was a privilege to be part of this incredible journey and to share the film with such an enthusiastic audience.

Anup has worked on films like Life of Pi, Thor: The Dark World, Percy Jackson, and R.I.P.D., earning seven Best Cinematography awards along the way. His career spans feature films, TV, documentaries, commercials, and music videos across nine languages, with projects filmed around the world. Constantly exploring what’s next, he’s now creating 180° immersive VR experiences for Apple Vision Pro. Off set, he teaches color theory and VFX color grading as a visiting lecturer at Fresno State, sharing his passion for storytelling with the next generation.
