I know we are on a roll with “just get the face lift” , and I do agree to quite an extent . NOBODY , should be promising any “non surgical lifting” , infact the term should be dead hopefully . There are those , however, not quite ready to take the plunge and understand the limitations of non surgical approaches to looking a little better and request just to not look exhausted - we can do something for those .. like right here we did . by @anusha.np

The eyes .. they can be the most beautiful , charming , sexy , alluring part about us , however they can also make us look like a drug addict , like a mom (😊) an overworked sleepless entrepreneur or you may just be genetically blessed 🤷🏻‍♀️😊.

Sometimes it’s a simple fix ( if all the stars and criteria allign) . Coverup also counts as an easy fix btw for just darkness.

Dermal filler here can last years and it’s one and done . I do not advise tear trough filler to be done more than once , unless the previous filler is first dissolved - even then - this is hot water territory , don’t keep treating this area repeatedly with filler . by @anusha.np

The things said in the chair 😊 by @anusha.np

Been seeing this absolute stunner for quite a few years . Her essential gorgeous features have never changed , we have treated her with just enough , in just the right places .

I would like you all to guess what areas were treated and how many syringes of filler was used in this visit to create very subtle but impactful “tweaks” .

In the NEXT POST we will post some “through the years “ progressive pics as I have seen her now for 5 years . by @anusha.np

Undereye and mid face rejuvenation with a little lip as well of course .

We treated both the mid face and undereyes area directly to support the eye .

Not many are candidates for direct treatment with dermal filler under the eye , but some ( we will have a seperate post discussing this tomorrow ) .

Mid face and undereye treatment on the right candidate is always a slam dunk, and uses the least product to make the greatest difference ! You can do lips and temples and cheek and chin etc , BUT if our eyes don’t look refreshed all the other things will NOT add much to making us look and feel good .

And sometimes , this means a surgical intervention if you are not a filler candidate for the eyes. by @anusha.np

I make you fully aware of what is possible and what is not possible and even ill advised with dermal fillers .

I never chase “sagging” of the lower face with fillers - it’s a fools errand and as you keep chasing , it will eventually transform your face into someone different , not better 😊.

But , with this understanding we can improve somethings, but it may not always be what bothers you the most , but you will be enhanced still in a good way.

I try to use the least amount of product (dermal fillers or sculptra ) to make the greatest difference. It is always my mindset . I will sincerely let you know if a scalpel can do for you what my syringe cannot .

I think we achieved a refreshed look here for her and her skin is all her years of diligence ! What do you think? by @anusha.np

Dermal Filler Can look soooo good if done well , with restraint and if we understand its limitations - KNOW this , understand this and you will never look ridiculous .

What she was saying and feeling:
I look tired, feel like my face was fuller , my nasolabial folds , my lips look dehydrated . I think my cheeks fell.

I translated all this and treated the following areas:

Temples , mid face (twice) , pyrifrom , chin , lips (twice)

I think she is stunning , the change in energy was palpable at her follow up visit. by @anusha.np

It’s always a pleasure to treat our nursing heroes .

We may be exhausted but we don’t need to look it .

We supported her temple , mid face and chin with dermal fillers . My task as always to find first the “Money shot” - the treatment that will make the greatest difference with the least effort . This was achieved over two visits a few weeks apart.

While immediate results can be good , phenomenal results happen over time , as we treat , wait , tweak , add (and sometimes subtract ) after the initial treatment with dermal fillers .

Shout out to my aesthetic buddy @facebypinky mentioned here , for all those in Seattle ! by @anusha.np

I have known this beautiful women for 6 yrs , 2019 we began our affair .

First few years a little toxin to the upper face and a little lip filler .

2022 Lower Blepharoplasty with @tabanmd . Chin, mid face and lip filler .

2023-2024 Mid face and lips .

2024 Chin and mid face filler .

2025 - 3 vials of Sculptra .

She continued Toxin through all the years and good skin care .

TOTAL Dermal Filler volume in 6 years = 9 cc and 3 vials of Sculptra .

Does she look deformed or different ? or DOES SHE JUST LOOK MAINTAINED ?

I love this women, and grateful as always for many moments of thoughtful dialogue on life and times ❤️ by @anusha.np

1. Fillers don’t often need to be done every year .
2. Fillers last years and years - these photos are a testament to its longevity, esp in the mid face .
3. The reshaping of the face with dermal fillers is my favorite outcome .
4. The initial treatments will take a few sessions, then you are set for a couple of years .

I love the energy this women brings every time , a thriving entrepreneur , stretching her discomfort and all the joy and grit .

We had a little discussion today about what she had done while in China the last 3 months (she did try to hide a little of it ofocurse 🤪🤪)

Anyway , nothing better than these moments of connection with you all 🙏🏽🙏🏽 by @anusha.np

Our cool peel co2 laser has been working over time this Fall. The beauty of this is that we can combine the IPL ( more specifically for brown spots ) and also target skin texture using the co2 Cool Peel or DEKA ( the more intense mode ).

The benefits of this CoolPeel
1. We can target as deep or as superficial as we want to address the issues.
2. We can adjust the treatment to the downtime you may or may not have.
3. 3 treatments are recommended but if you just maintaining 1 a year will do the trick.

The pre care and aftercare are very important so listen up ⬆️
