George MUT ⛰️
A whole lot of firsts last weekend. First marathon, first trail marathon, first blow up.
But had a super weekend with friends and the @adidasterrex team. 🧡🫶🏽 Humbled by this distance and by this trail. It was one of the most difficult things I have ever done but I learnt so much. Shout out to my all time hero for smashing his race.(and always supporting me) To everyone who raced all weekend long, you guys and girls are what this is all about! So lucky to do be out running and doing the thing. 🏃🏽‍♀️ thanks @georgemountainultratrail for an incredible event.
While I was running I vowed to never ever do this race agin but I’ll definitely be back. Gotta go redeem myself. 🙃 by @anyabruwer

A little adventure to Babylonstoren to soak up all the beauty.🌿✨ Wandering through their incredible gardens, and marvelling at nature. Sipping on teas brewed from their own herbs, and learning from Gundela’s wealth of knowledge . 🌸
We stretched, and found stillness in a gentle yoga session, shared moments of connection with others, and ended with the most delicious, bountiful lunch with fresh produce from the garden and surrounding farms. 🍃🥗

Big shout out to the @utct team for organising an exceptional weekend. The energy was electric. ⚡️
Overwhelming gratitude for this little life and these moments. 🥹
I can’t thank my friends and boyfriend enough for making it to the race to support me. (You literally made me cry) 🧃Thanks for my pit crew for making me feel like I was partaking in the 100km 😅
So much appreciation for how my body pitched up and how hard it worked.
Stoked to be running again.
