looking forward, but taking a moment to look back

as I close this chapter and prepare to continue my dance and academic education in college, I can’t help but reflect on the journey that brought me here. (if you don’t want to read all that, fair enough. but if you have a moment, i’d appreciate it)

thank you to every teacher, mentor, and friend who poured into me over the years. to @metropolitanballetacademy and @academy_international , where it all began, thank you for the lessons i’ve learned that continue to shape the dancer I am today

to @rockschooldance and @palcscpfa , thank you for making these final years so meaningful. thank you @eti_diaz Peter Stark @ababayeva73 and @denisgronostayskiy for believing in me and challenging me. your support and passion have helped me grow as an artist and a person. the lessons you’ve taught me will stay with me long after graduation

to my parents, absolutely none of this would have been possible without you. thank you for every sacrifice and every moment you chose my dream as if it was your own. there are no words big enough to describe my gratitude to you

to my friends, thank you for the memories and the laughter. it’s been a honor to grow alongside you all and be in this journey together. I can’t wait to see what y’all accomplish

most importantly, thank you, God. for every open door, every lesson, and every setback that became a setup. your plan has always been bigger than mine

what an unforgettable weekend at NYCDA! i had such an enjoyable experience and learned so much from the @nycda faculty. it was so special getting to share the weekend with so many talented dancers.

congrats to my friends @dana._ballerina , @elliot_ballet , and @juliette_ballerina09 on all of your accomplishments this weekend, im so proud of yall!

im honored to have received Top 3 Regional Senior Outstanding Dancer and to have placed 4th with my contemporary solo.

such a great weekend @nationalballetcompetition

im so grateful to have received 6th for my classical and contemporary solos and 2nd and 4th for large ensembles.

im thankful to have received scholarships to the @idyllwildarts SI, the @schoolofphiladelphiaballet SI, the @pittsburghballettheatreschool Intensive Summer Program as well as the Company Experience, and acceptance to the @sarasotaballetschool SI.

thank you so much @universalballetcompetition for an unforgettable weekend.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to dance alongside amazing talent and take master classes with such inspiring teachers and judges. I’m happy to have placed top 15 for my contemporary solo.

I’m incredibly honored and thankful to have received a 4-year scholarship and direct admission to Point Park University 🥹🤍. This means more to me than I can even put into words. Thank you @kidance77 and @pointparkdance for this opportunity. I am so, so grateful.

So thankful to have received direct entry to the @pittsburghballettheatreschool Pre-Profesional Division, the Intensive Summer Program, and the Company Experience. As well as a scholarship to @thewashingtonschoolofballet Summer Intensive and the Repertory Experience.
