About two years ago, pulled the engine out of a perfectly functional daily driver to begin its transformation. Last weekend, Chris' brainchild ran on dirt for the first time.

It's fast. It's fun. Super grateful for everyone who's supported the build. This is just Phase 1 of construction - lots more work to do, but the future is bright!

2022 has been a ride and honestly not sure how 2023 can top it. Raced 700 miles, towed 9,000 miles, road tripped 6,000 miles, checked off traveling to 49/50 US states, hit Canada and Mexico, L2 east regional championship (& central co-driver Championship), top 10 SuperChampio, 16 year old Kila beat cancer, Mezi joined our crew, and countless other memories with friends, family and animals 🧡. A year to remember. by @anypercent__

"It's not goodbye, it's see you later." The home built Orange Car left home for the last time and now onto it's next adventure. Thankful for the lessons in driving, car development and the thousands of stage miles we raced.

Very strange to be ending this chapter of rallying after more than five pretty excellent years running the L2wd BRZ; this thing took both of us from "kinda know how to rally" to legitimate competitors. We have a bunch of championships, great media, shelves of pacenotes and trophies, and some of our best friends thanks to the trusty, orange car.

The list of those involved with this car's journey is extensive and would probably exceed the character limit. We are grateful for every one of those beings 🧡 by @anypercent__

My first time at the Overmountain Rally was a resounding success. Really well run rally with epic scenery and incredibly challenging stages making for great competition. It's easy to see why this event has gotten such a big hype after only it's 3rd year running. Can't wait to go back again next year!

@overmountain_rally 2026 was a vibe. First national level event for the new car was more successful than anticipated.

We worked on finding flow and pace while eventually almost forgetting about this being a test of a new build. The car didn't miss a beat (OK maybe it missed a subframe bolt after testing), but passed (with flying rainbow colors) a grueling test of non-stop turns and some rough conditions.

Resulted in the regional O2WD win, 5th regional and 17th overall with some legendary national competitors. Achieved our first regional overall stage win on an oval with dirt jumps, go figure - although we were 0.1 seconds off another proper stage win!

Our crew brought the best hangs, snacks and wrenching. Thank you, @evelina.hanchett @stirlingfazio @boonychung @redcam1 for everything!! Must plug an early congrats to Evelina & Stirling, who are getting married in just a couple weeks!

Tons of friends had eventful times, so just a few highlights: congrats to @bitbybitmotorsports on their FIRST REGIONAL WIN, @ok.rally sealing the East Regional Championship, @avocado_brock for a solid finish with a new build, @downeydirtyracing and @warweaselracing for revenge of the Dan's - both made heroic fixes to come back and finish Day 2 and @rally.build for mounting over 200 tires.

Despite some crazy weather, crazy roads, and high level competition, the event ran flawlessly besides a few hiccups outside of any volunteer's control. Proud of the organizers that built this event up from scratch just a few years ago.

A couple weeks ago, we said goodbye to our Ridley, one of the best rally dogs out there. Grateful for her gifts and the joy she spread to anyone she met over her almost 16 years Earthside.

She attended at least every event with the BRZ(s), and so many more as a volunteer doggo or rallies with other cars. We were lucky and glad to have her see a successful event with the new car.

OverMountain prep has been quiet without her, but we'll carry her spirit with us in Tennessee and beyond.

The photos don't do her beautiful presence justice, but the motorsports memories made with her will never fade. by @anypercent__
