“HAHA Book” In many sitcoms, the voice over of audience is added as a sound effect that itself is almost like a joke👻 In other words, no matter if the show is funny or not, if you understand the language they speak, we automatically laugh when we hear the sound effect📢💭 By detaching the voice from the context, this book explores how the sounds effect our emotions🙂🙃 // 28pp, Softcover / Risograph, hand stitched✋🏻 #anywaypress #whateverpress #archive #wp03 #selfpublishing by @anywaypress

“Shapes as Letters” How do we recognise shapes as letters👀? When you look closer to the alphabets, you realise that each of them is made with very simple forms such as rectangles or circles🔶🔴 This book intends to reinterpret letters as shapes, by rebuilding alphabets with letter forms🤹🏻‍♂️ // 28pp, Softcover / Risograph, hand stitched ✋🏻

Trimming is one of the best moments of bookmaking🕺Always so satisfying to get things done while those beautiful leftovers are made... Not only research but also the process of bookmarking itself often brings new perspective💡

“boundaries” Exploration of the boundaries between shapes & letters > letters & words > words & phrases. By looking into the act of writing, this practice questions how unconsciously we use English language in our everyday lives🖌👀 // 43pp, Softcover / Digital print, hand stitched ✋🏻
