Architects of sound — visual identity for an event organised by the Moscow Music School

I made this identity last winter. The idea was based on creating the visual connection of architecture and music. I achieved this by using a music stave as a grid and structural element, and combined it with the works of architecture students creating an imitation of a cyanotype print — a technique strongly associated with engineering and architectural diagrams and drawings. I’ve also added measurement lines and guide arrows. The result is a recognisable combination of visual elements from both fields.

I proposed two identity concepts, each featuring different elements from architectural projects. by @aoliirr

Design identity proposal for the Degree Show 2026. I have chosen light as my theme. Swipe through the images to read about the creative process and see all the elements.

This exhibition marks the end of the academic year at my university. Students and graduates from all courses take part in the exhibition, and third-year graphic design students create the visual identity for the event every year.

I began working on the identity by researching the theory of design education. At the time, it led me to the idea of light from a different perspective when it comes to a visual image. I’ll tell more about that another time.

The project was created this spring. by @aoliirr

In June I started drawing in Google Slides (yep) and then making posters with created images. These were the first ones I made, but I hope to make it a series, because it’s fun and I made a lot of drawings by @aoliirr

My poster at the exhibition of FHFP Film Festival in Seoul! 🎞️🎬
I made a poster for a film called “A Bird Flying Along the Sidewalk” (인도를 따라 나는 새), graphics and colour scheme are inspired by my feelings after watching it. I turned the film name into abstract shapes, but tried to still keep it readable once you know what to look for.
This is a very interesting project, happy to be part of it!

fragments from ‘my collection of words’ project about things I like, words that sound beautiful, and processes that I find interesting.
I filmed these videos for another school project and wanted to share the footage now, as I’ve never posted this project before. I’ll definitely do that in the future!
For now — the dance of the sun and shadows on fragments of pages 🌤️

WallPatch is a typeface inspired by walls covered in patches of paint left behind after repeated attempts to paint over drawings, words and graffiti on building facades.

First, I sketched out the letters in pencil, using the side of a soft pencil to mimic the shape of a paint roller. Then I transferred this into font app and made the vector version by sculpting from shapes.

The typeface is a project from a short course, at the end I produced a poster and three photo edits with typeface mimicking real wall graffiti.
