I am so proud of my girl Saliese. Winning her competition has gave her a new outlook on her jiujitsu journey and has made her realize her true potential that she can do anything she puts her mind to! #jiujitsugirls #jiujitsugirls #jiujitsu #jiujitsulifestyle by @aonjiujitsu

Competition performance under the lights. Clean transitions, sustained top control, and composure through the scramble.
Content that documents the work behind the result.

🥋🔥 **JIU-JITSU WORLD LEAGUE NATIONALS | AON & PABLO SILVA BJJ**

Different athletes. Different journeys. One passion.

**AON and Pablo Silva BJJ came to compete!** 💪🔥

Every competitor who stepped onto those mats represented the hard work, dedication, and countless hours of training that nobody sees behind the scenes.

Win or lose, we push each other, challenge each other, and continue to raise the bar.

**Competitors on the mats. Teammates in training. Family beyond the mats.**

Proud to stand alongside these athletes and represent both AON and Pablo Silva BJJ at Jiu-Jitsu World League Nationals.

The energy, the competition, the atmosphere. This is what we train for. This is what keeps us coming back.

**TWO TEAMS. ONE PASSION. NOTHING BUT RESPECT.** 🔥🥋🏆

🥇GOLD looks good on you, buddy! 💛

Today, you stepped onto those mats with determination, focus, and a goal in mind. You knew what you came to do, and you went out there and earned that gold medal!

Right before your first match, I asked you how you were feeling, and your response was:

“I feel nauseous, but I’m ready to beat some people. I want my gold medal!”

And that right there told me everything I needed to know. You were nervous, but you were READY. You didn’t let those nerves stop you from going after what you wanted.

But what makes me proudest isn’t the medal itself. It’s watching your hard work, determination, and confidence continue to grow. Today, you stayed focused, trusted your training, and gave it your all.

I’m so incredibly proud of the little competitor you’re becoming, but even prouder of the character you’re building along the way.

Keep showing up. Keep working hard. Keep believing in yourself. ❤️🥋

And always remember, courage isn’t about not being nervous. It’s about being nervous and doing it anyway. 💛 by @aonjiujitsu

Words cannot describe how proud I am of these two. Through all the tears, laughter and hard work they believed in themselves and got Gold together!! 🥇Saliese decided a few months ago she wanted to do her first competition - she wanted Gold and she made it happen!! Amara came back to the same spot and redeemed herself and earned her Gold. I am so blessed be raising such strong and sweet girls. Thank you to their coaches who helped make this happen for my girly pops 💞 by @aonjiujitsu
