This December, one of our enterprise client leaders will attempt to summit Mount Vinson in Antarctica, taking on a challenge that will test his endurance, resilience and mental strength, in aid of Breast Cancer Now and Link To Life.

With more than 25 years at Aon, Jaysen's journey is a powerful example of how informed preparation, trusted advice and strong teams can help people and organizations thrive under pressure. Twenty-five years ago, 176 Aon colleagues lost their lives in the attacks on the World Trade Center. Today, we pause to honor their memory and reflect on the lasting impact of that day on our firm and our world.

In the years since, colleagues have come together to remember those we lost and support one another through remembrance.

As we reflect, we are reminded of the strength, compassion and resilience that unite our global Aon community.
