To be honest, as a B-boy who has been doing Breaking since 2011, throughout all these years I’ve heard many discouraging words from both close friends and strangers.

Sometimes, even after my injury and surgery, I questioned myself: Is it worth coming back? Is it really worth all the pain and effort?

But I never gave up.

From the streets to the stages, from being a performer to being a B-boy, and as an expat trying to build a life in a country that is not my own, it hasn’t been easy to keep practicing, pushing myself, and chasing the goals I want to achieve.

There’s a lot I could say about this journey.

I’ve never really had a strategy for battles. I’ve always just trusted my freestyle and danced in the moment. I never thought I would reach a point where I could do more and more rounds in a battle — but now I’ve done it, and I’ve gained the experience to prove to myself that I can.

This journey is still going.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and kept motivating me. ❤️ taken in Marmaris, Turkey by @aorfaliii

After 2 years, I’m finally battling here again in an All Style Battle.

Together with @iameduardo_____, we decided to join the battle only 3 days before the event because the partner I had originally planned to compete with unfortunately couldn’t make it.

I’m really proud and happy that I got to battle with @iameduardo_____. He’s a very unique and talented dancer.

We even came up with the name Yin Yang ☯️ for our team, but it was never announced at the battle, which was a bit disappointing because we had a whole concept behind it. I was dressed in black, he was in white, and we even had a pose prepared to match the name.

Anyway, it was a great experience, and most importantly, we had fun. Until the next one!

Big thanks to everyone who supported us. Much love and peace. ✌🏽

Note: I still don’t understand the All Style Battle concept in Antalya. 🤦🏽‍♂️ by @aorfaliii
