I would not be where I am today without my chapter. I am grateful for the leadership that guided me, my Pros who laid the foundation, my Specs who helped shape my journey, my Neos who made the experience even more meaningful, and every brother who was willing to lend a hand when I needed it. Life has not been the same since crossing, and I would not have it any other way.

From IZ to IUL and eventually Omega, I know that no matter where life takes me, I will always be an Alpha.

Thank you, 06’

No journey is worthwhile without challenges that test your resolve and prove your growth. My time here was a constant battle of mind, body, and soul. Nevertheless, I would not be the person I am today without those hardships.

Every beginning has an end, every sun comes down, but through it all the day stands eternally tall.

I am my ancestors wildest dreams come true.

This is for 9 year old Kaisha who doubted the role of dance in her life.
This is for 14 year old Kaisha who swore she was giving up and wouldn't be dancing post-high school.
This is for 20 year old Kaisha who had to relearn patience after having surgery and not being to dance for a semester.
This is for me and its overly personal.

Alhamdulilah

To the little girl who dreamed of becoming a civil engineer at 10 years old, always admiring skyscrapers through the window… look at you now. 🤍

You moved to America at 13, struggled to fit in, but graduated high school at 16 as Valedictorian with a 4.35 GPA and earned a full ride through scholarships. College came with uncertainty, pressure, comparison, failure, grief, panic attacks, and moments where you wanted to give up… but you never stopped going.

From failing statics to becoming a CASA tutor, a water engineering researcher, earning internships, competing with Morgan State’s ASCE team, attending conferences in California, Las Vegas, Utah, and Dallas, and accepting a full-time offer with the #1 construction company in the United States, you did that!!!!

Losing your mom in the middle of it all almost broke you, but somehow you still found the strength to keep going. I know she’d be proud. 🤍

Alhamdulillah for how far I’ve come. 🤍

So Fauziyah… like your name means, successful, what exactly can’t you do?

Alhamdulillah for everything. 🤍 by @aospresents
