Hi everyone!

Thanks for bearing with me. I want to go ahead and introduce myself!

My name is Angela. I’m born and raised in Nashville, and have been involved in birthwork for the last year. For a long time, I’ve noticed the disparities in the healthcare system and how they’ve particularly impacted Black people. I’ve even had my own disappointing experiences, and I know how frightening it can be for expecting parents. As a birth worker, I intend to make sure my clients and their support system go into the birthing process with confidence.
