Swing step - Great move to use against help defenders when attacking the rim, can also be used on your primary defender when they try to cut your driving angle off. Utilizing a high pickup when the defenders hands are low.

The Focus: Sprinting the floor in transition, staying wide getting to the corner & working on 3 different finishes, simulating 3 different reads.

• FLOATER - Attacking baseline and releasing it before weak side help can get there.
• MIDRANGE PULL UP - Utilizing the jab to shift the defender & get to the open space (quick 1-2 stops)
• ‘ON THE MOVE’ CATCH & SHOOT 3 - Sprinting to the corner, catching on balance; getting the feet set quick.

**MUST GO 3/3 to end the drill, if not you keep going!**
