APA Custom Shop in Queen Creek, Arizona is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Performance Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is not your typical general repair position. Our shop specializes in performance work including:
• Camshaft and valvetrain upgrades
• Superchargers and forced induction
• Long-tube headers and exhaust
• Fuel system upgrades
• Suspension and drivetrain modifications
• Engine and performance diagnostics
• High-horsepower street builds
• Supporting work for custom tuning and dyno calibration

We work extensively with GM LS/LT, Ford Coyote/EcoBoost, and Mopar HEMI platforms.
We’re looking for a technician with 5+ years of professional experience preferred, strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, professional tools, and a genuine passion for performance automotive.

If you take pride in clean, precise work and want to build a career around performance vehicles instead of routine repair work, we want to hear from you.

We had this Raptor R in for 2 phases - to make it off-road ready, and give it a bump in power and drivability! We installed some lighting bits, ham radio, onboard compressor, a smaller pulley and an upgraded thermostat. It made great power on the dyno and is ready to rip off-road.
