Life doesn’t end after grief but it does look different. My first post about my brother since he passed over six months ago and I’m still at a loss for the words. I wanted to speak more about who he was and how he lived, how he loved others, how he made time for everyone, how he was a connector, how deep he was, how articulate, how much of a leader, how introspective, how intellectual, how curious, how passionate. Maybe another time.

Thank you for @slowgroup who create a space for bereaved families suffering the loss of their whole world.

London Marathon 2027 here I come and I’m doing this one for my big bro. I love you Farouk Ayodeji Abiola - my brother, my heart, gone but never ever forgotten.

Link in my bio to donate, and I appreciate any donation.
