#anchovies are one of my favorite fish!
Not only are they delicious, but they are also:
✅ Sustainable
✅ Excellent source of protein
✅ Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids
✅ And a good source of calcium! (You can eat the bones)

And what a treat to be able to eat them whole instead of the traditional salt cured preparation commonly seen in the states!

Definitely rinse the fish after gutting. Toss in EVOO and salt and off to the grill! Super easy and quick

Finally tried #imperfectproduce and LOVED it! In my first order the wonkiest #produce I got was an #artichoke which is actually a flower bud from a thistle plant. Drink water or eat a bitter food after consuming artichoke and it’ll taste sweet! thanks to the chemical cynarin naturally found in artichokes.
