What a perfect time to reflect on the AHS Dance Program Mission Statement -
“The Apex High School Dance Program empowers students to discover their unique creative voices, build confidence, and grow as artists in an inclusive and supportive community. Through diverse dance experiences, we cultivate a passion for movement, self expression, and collaboration that inspires life long appreciation for the art of dance.”

🗽✨ WE’RE GOING TO NYC! ✨🗽

We are BEYOND excited to announce that Apex High School Dance has been selected as ONE OF ONLY FOUR HIGH SCHOOL DANCE PROGRAMS IN THE NATION to participate in Manhattan City Productions’ 2027 Broadway Dance Company Series!

This March, 31 of our AHS dancers will travel to New York City for an incredible performance experience at David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center on March 15, 2027! Our dancers will have the opportunity to collaborate with a Broadway choreographer, perform alongside talented ensembles from across the country, and experience the artistry and energy of one of the world’s most iconic performing arts cities.

This opportunity represents years of hard work, artistic growth, student leadership, and dedication to building a program where dancers are challenged to dream BIG. We are so proud of how far AHS Dance has come and incredibly grateful to the families who are helping make this experience possible.

Being selected for this opportunity is both an HONOR and a PRIVILEGE, and we cannot wait to represent Apex High School on a national stage! 💚💛
