Led by our Finance VP, Evelyn Mendez, another highlight of April was our creative pharmacy socks fundraiser! 🧦🤩💊

They sold out on the very first day, and raised a substantial profit that will help fund future chapter events, initiatives, and member opportunities. by @aphaasprfu

School is officially wrapped up for the 2025-2026 year; however we can’t move on without recapping our April events.

Under the leadership of Ahmad Albareedi (SUD Operations Chair), APhA-ASP at RFUMS partnered with Lake County Health Department to conduct a Substance Use Disorder Harm Reduction event where members educated students on proper naloxone use, harm reduction strategies and offered resources that present information about drug take back sites in the area.

We are truly happy around the success of hosting such a meaningful event and thank the Lake County Health Department, our members and our dear advisors for their continued support. 🤗 by @aphaasprfu

A highlight from the month was having members of APhA-ASP from Rosalind Franklin University attend the APhA Annual Conference in Los Angeles, California.

They attended many educational sessions and created memories with student pharmacists around the country filling the weekend with learning, connection and inspiration!
