Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, spoon in the mixture, and fry on both sides until golden and cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy!

* 1 packet baking powder
* 150 g flour
* 150 g pistachios or any nuts
* 150 g milk
