What does APNET actually do?
Founded in 2010, APNET is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting professionals of the African diaspora and allies through networking, business development, and community engagement. Beyond AfriFest: Taste of Africa, we run business mixers, an entrepreneurship workshop series, the African Business Connect virtual speaker series with NKU's Haile College of Business, our Summer Youth Program, and the Annual Gala, all building toward stronger, more connected communities.

This past Saturday, APNET attended Night on the Serengeti 2026, hosted by our partners at @villagelifeoutreachproject Village Life Outreach Project. ✨

It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside them as they brought their mission and vision to life, bringing Cincinnati and Tanzania together in support of education, healthcare, and opportunity.

Special thanks to our partners at Village Life Outreach Project and Keisha Easley for having us be part of something so meaningful. 🌍

Got 4 hours to give this year? 🙌

The work APNET does, connecting people, supporting small businesses, mentoring youth, only happens because people show up for it. A few hours from you helps keep that going, and volunteers earn a full year of membership too.
