As we approach the final quarter of the year, I’ve been reflecting on everything that’s happened up until this point.

A lot of challenges.
A lot of epiphanies.
A lot of realizations.
And more than a few triumphant moments.

If I had to sum this year up in one word, it would be rebirth.

A rebirth of my mindset.
A rebirth of what I thought I wanted.
A rebirth of what I thought I was capable of.

And honestly, I’m thankful for everything I’ve experienced this year—even the things I didn’t understand while I was going through them.

Because through it all, I’ve continued learning more about what I want, who I want to become, and how to remain intentional and focused when everything around me is begging for my attention.

As this year comes to a close, I already know victory is around the corner.

And if you stopped to read this far, I have a feeling you’re one of the people who’s going to make it too.

Whatever you’re working toward, whatever you’re becoming, keep going.

The last few months have challenged me in ways I didn’t expect.

I’ve been learning how to let go without giving up, how to keep moving when life feels uncertain, and how to focus on what I can actually control.

None of these lessons came from a book. Most of them came from mistakes, setbacks, frustration, and a lot of uncomfortable conversations with myself.

I’m still learning, but these are 5 things that have been helping me lately.
