Life check in: it’s June (gulp) so we’re 6 months into 2022.
Normally first week of the year, I write myself a plan for how I want the year to pan out but I didn’t get round to doing one but I have instead followed @nike and chose to “ just do it” I’m working hard in silence. I hope / Scratch that ( I have to check my words constantly, as words manifest and we cast spells when we speak 😮‍💨) so I know! my success will make the noise. The motto was @dblock_europe “no competition I only see me” this was the plan for 2022. I’m not watching nobody. I don’t give a fuck in the nicest way. I always say this but I just love watching things unfold for myself and others and watching the synchronicities and being like WOOOW GOD you really are a G! ✨
Anywhooo, continue to trust YOURSELF and YOUR DECISIONS nobody understands your vision or mission. And it doesn’t have to make sense to anybody else you define your success.
I never used to trust myself then I realised that nobody can do ME LIKE myself so why do I feel the need to ask for opinions of others when I always know the answers already! for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and sound mind!
Things have been going great when I reclaimed the power back to me. You know you best, trust yourself always and let’s make the rest of 22 amazing.

It’s hot next week wash your short shorts and don’t let anyone tell you your not a G coz you are mmkayyy!

I wrote this when my son was 2 years old on the Eurostar crying at the fact that I was able to basically go outside with my son.
I’ve battled anxiety really badly since having my son. The responsibility of having to basically keep someone alive is actually overwhelming but not a conversation that’s really had.
I’ve not shown this to many people and I’m no where near healed. I still have anxiety attacks very regularly. I’m really sharing this to show we’re all human. I make my milf jokes ect. But lord knows you niggah Be crying. Thank you to my friends who’ve been patient with my motherhood journey. Big up all the mums and those wanting a child, Jahs my little miracle. And I thank God for him daily. everything in time.
I hope this helps somebody.

Okay you know the usual. I hate posting on the main feed blah blah.
First of all. Happy new month everyone✨(for this post) I’m going to act like the world is normal at the moment because these world leaders of ours really just want us all to loose our nut 😒
Anyways my recent conversations have been about how nobody is behind when you really think about it. I had to have words with myself included about feeling behind but who says everything has to be done in whatever order anyways. 🥴 we’re all running our own race. it really is you vs yourself.
I do think a lot of mental health issues are due to this pressure we put on ourselves because we believe should be more ahead ect but I always think to myself, if I complete life that means it’s time to die. I know extreme but really Why are we in such a rush anyways🤔 look at animals, they literally chill all day & I think we can learn a lot from animals.
we’re only answering to God and I’m sure he rolls he’s eyes at all our decisions because ultimately he just wants us to chill and love each each other but we do the most and chase material things we already have just shiner 🙃🤭 we really don’t get it.
Nothing and no one belongs to us. All is here as props for a better human experience; honestly non attachment is the key. Ride the wave and make good memories but don’t stress to do it.
Sending good vibes to everyone! (Except my enemies 🤣 - I mean it but also tinder swindler!)

Sunday wisdom. Told my youngers last night, something clicked in me when I turned 30. I just stopped giving a fuck and it’s absolutely beautiful this side. Also to my “African” homies and anyone else who can relate, I’ve had a lot of conversations lately about the fact that we’re so concerned with pleasing our parents that it actually stops us from living our authentic selves. Yes they blessed us bringing us here but remember, THIS IS YOUR LIFE. Don’t live an unhappy one and don’t let people who won’t have to deal with consequences of your decisions have so much power over them. I’m a pastors daughter but I’m not actually the pastor. Does God still love me Yes, am I going to continue living my best life. YES. TYPE YES if your with me.

Also, When your names appletones but you don’t even eat apples coz you never learned to swallow the skin as a child 🥴 joketing. ✨

Soo. I hate posting on the main feed because I just feel like it’s never going to be a true representation of who I am and the energy I carry so that’s why I post on story more as I like to be understood. Picture one is an example of main post feeds this portrays me as anti but picture two is me most of the time. 🥴🦋People have tried to dim my light but I’m a powerhouse. I met an angel years ago and they told me but we’re not going to get into that ✨🧚🏽‍♂️. Anyways for those of you who been blessed enough to experience Apple - your very lucky.
