✨Teacher Assisting is one of our Teacher Training Program prerequisites + one of the reasons our program is so special and unique. After taking our Pilates Mat + Apparatus courses, our students are required to Teacher Assist for a course for an entire semester.

This extra step helps to ensure that our teacher trainers are not only going into the certification program knowing the work in their own bodies, but that they have also started to shift into a teaching mentality- understanding the details of the method + how to apply their skills on the people they work with. 💛

We guide our students with love + attention to detail. We teach the method the way our teachers taught us- with reverence + respect for the Classical Pilates method, so as to continue to uphold the legacy of Joseph Pilates + his incredible work. 🖤

💫Interested in becoming a Classical Pilates instructor? Check the link in our bio for details.
