For a moment, it felt like the outside world had disappeared.
I stood beneath these vaulted ceilings at York Minster, surrounded by centuries of stone, stained glass and quiet details that somehow make you feel very small.
Some places are beautiful because of what you see.
Others because of what they make you feel.
York, England. 🕯️

Some places make you look up.
Some make you stop.
This one did both.
A few frames from York that I couldn't walk past without looking twice.
Which one caught your eye first?
Edited by @camholic_fx, thank you for bringing out the best in these frames! 🤍

Sometimes the smallest visitors carry the brightest stories. A quiet moment, a single bloom, and a little reminder that nature never needs to try too hard to be beautiful. 🐞🌼

Centuries of stories, standing quietly in stone.

I think there's something beautiful about looking up at something built so long before us — every carving, arch and weathered surface carrying a little piece of a world we can only imagine.

If fairytales had quiet afternoons, I imagine they'd look something like this.🦢🌿

I think clouds are one of nature's best little distractions.

You look up for a second and suddenly there's a whole landscape forming in the sky — mountains that aren't mountains, oceans of gold, shadows turning blue, and shapes that disappear before you can name them.
I almost walked past these.

I'm glad I looked up. ☁️
