Central Park row boats are legit! Might seem touristy or cliche, but I highly recommend! Especially followed by a picnic prepared by Perfect Picnic NYC! by @aprilkparis

THIS IS A BIG DEAL!

MAKE Wellness-FIT + HYDRATED are becoming Informed Sport Choice certified - meaning every batch is tested against 2,000+ banned substances.

That’s the standard used by:
• Professional athletes
• Olympic athletes
• NCAA
• Military, police, first responders

In other words… the highest level of trust.

And what I love most:

This isn’t about injections or drugs. This is about supporting your body naturally through cell-signaling natural peptides.

Clean.
Tested.
No guesswork.

Whether you’re an athlete… or just someone who wants to feel better, think clearer, and have more energy, you deserve that level of confidence in what you’re using.

✨ This is where wellness is going. by @aprilkparis

Robert Earl Holcomb ( dad, Baka!)
March 4,1941-January 13,2026
Took me a while to post this! Best Husband, Dad, Baka , Friend, Human! He used to wake me up when I was little when this song came on the radio because he knew how much I loved it! He was famous for saying “ As soon as you guys all leave, I can go to bed!”
You don’t know how much you are going to miss someone until they are gone! I miss him calling me “Pick”!
