One of my favorite parts of creating these baby ghost earrings is using the floral pattern selected by each customer. Every pair is handmade from start to finish, making each one a little different and uniquely theirs.

A little clay, a little patience, and a whole lot of ghosties! 🤍👻 I think I FINALLY figured out my clay cracking problem with water-soluble transfers! 🤞🏼

If you’re applying transfers to flat clay and then cutting out your shapes, you probably won’t run into this issue. But if you’re shaping the clay after applying the transfers, things can get a little tricky!

I’ve struggled with deep cracks forming while shaping my ghosties, even after adding tons of clay conditioner. And after making at least 1,000 ghost variations, I think I’ve finally figured out what’s causing this seemingly random issue! 😅

My theory is that prolonged exposure to water and dissolved transfer paper may be affecting the clay’s surface flexibility, possibly due to residue left behind.

I’ve started rinsing my transfers immediately after applying them, and I’ve noticed significantly less cracking! (As long as I apply enough pressure, the pattern does not lift when rinsing )🎉

It’s still a working theory, but so far, the results have been really promising! Fingers crossed I’ve finally cracked the code! 😂🤞🏼

I’ll let you in on a little secret… this ring took me FOUR tries. 😅💙

Maybe I’m a bit of a perfectionist, but I want to make sure that when someone opens their mail, they get exactly what they expected.

But don’t worry, my other attempts don’t go to waste! They’re still beautiful, just with a few minor imperfections, so you’ll find them at my local booth spaces or upcoming markets! 💕🙏🏼

192 large ghosts made so far! 👻🤯 I won’t lie, spooky wedding season has been wild! It’s been really tricky keeping up with the orders, especially the rush orders before October weddings!
I know it will slow down soon, so I’m doing my best to enjoy it while the season lasts! When I first made these, I wasn’t expecting them to get so big! Even more orders of these than my floral ghosties this year.
I’m so grateful to have a community that loves and appreciates my work! ❤️

All the glitters is ghoooost 👻💜

This one got a bit tricky as the eyes bled and I spent an hour to rework, reapplying glitter and extra varnish, but at last she was saved and ready to sparkle! ✨😌
