10 WEEK TRANSFORMATION 👀 excuse me… 🤯 while I pick my jaw up from the floor, I can’t believe the difference seeing these pictures side by side! GUYS 10 WEEKS… these first pictures are exactly 65 days APART like WHAT?! When it comes to my fitness journey 💪🏼 woo it’s been a roller coaster 🎢 & I’ve been through it all… I started working out in 2015 & boy have we been through every single stage in the books hahah quick little run down ▶️ 2015 phase 1 - go to the gym used elliptical for 20 minutes, maybe do a couple sit ups & leave 2016 phase 2 - BBG 28 min hiitt workouts 2017 phase 3 - when your girl found weights..🙋🏻‍♀️ TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Finding weights is where I really fell in love with the gym & that was a journey all on its own definitely a lot to learn along the way! ⏭ fast forward to more recent! (First picture) I hit a point at the end of this summer where I was feeling way too comfortable, I had just been enjoying my summer working out for fun! (Which is totally fine) but I was eager to get out of my comfort zone again and up for a new challenge! fitness is an ongoing journey, I’m always looking to learn more & that’s where I found @doncarterfit ! I’ve been working with him since September 1st & it’s been an incredible experience I’ve learned so much! Im super proud of my hard work & what my body can do 💪🏼 💭Do you ever think- I wonder what would happen if I took those first steps, if I put in the work?? & if I didn’t give up?? Where would I be in 4 weeks, 6 weeks or even 3 months, How would I look? & more importantly how would I FEEL?? 👏🏼👏🏼 This is your sign to start making YOU & YOUR HEALTH A PRIORITY!!!♥️ Spend your energy making solutions instead of excuses! Turn off the self-doubt, start small, take it day by day, PUT IN THE WORK, stay consistent, be patient, BE PROUD OF YOURSELF every step you take, learn to love the process and always BELIEVE IN YOU! Because YOU CAN!!!🙏🏼 . #transformationtuesdays #gymsharkwomen #musclegrowth #progresspics #buildingmuscle #fitnessjourney2021 #transformationchallenge #girlswholiftweights #fitnessprogress #putinthework #progresspictures by @aprilynne.fit
