The entire point of me heading down to Florida was to take care of my friends for babies... They were hours of entertainment, with permanent frowns, but they are the sweetest four-year-old Brothers I've met. We had lots of time inside because it was raining every flipping day, but they like to sleep, and I did a lot of that as well. Cool cats for sure! by @apthefitdad

It was awesome too catch up with one of my old Fraternity Brothers, @jamah13 after a million years! He still smooth, so I must have taught him well. 😂✌🏾 I had a great time seeing him and hearing him play and sing as well as meeting a couple friends of a friend, and having fun times out eating and having adult beverages a time or two or three or maybe four? 😜 by @apthefitdad

Beautiful time in the Florida Panhandle for a week! I ONLY got one beach day because of 🌧️ and the pending 🌀 so I was sad for that. I did have a great time with the cats, the sand, sun, food, and people. 😀 by @apthefitdad

Groovy, smooth, and beautiful sounds from the band @jungle4eva Monday night, pre birthday celebration. Yes, I have seen this band 6x now and I will see them again! I love them that much and their music makes me feel good. 🥳🤩 by @apthefitdad

I was able to spend part of my birthday evening with two dear friends. One of several years and the other of over 15 years. Two kind, thoughtful, and lovely women that I am grateful for in my life. 🤗💜💯 by @apthefitdad

A mixed bag of stills from my time at the show put on by @jungle4eva here in Nashville at the @thepinnaclenashville What a great time and a great band! by @apthefitdad

Wonderful birthday dinner with my friend and yes, we had one delicious Mezcal Margarita each....I forgot to take a photo of his dish (chicken something) but the salmon ceviche, guacamole, salsa, and tortillas, plus my all vegetables mole were 🔥 The 🥃 of water and bitters was a nice touch and the candle inserted into the 🍋‍🟩 was pure comedy but appreciated since they saw my birthdate when they carded me! 👋🏾🤫 by @apthefitdad

I had a great time with one of my best friends on my birthday. I've known this guy for over 36 years. He's not on IG but he's like another brother. 💯💜🤗 by @apthefitdad

I received a nice collection of 🎁, phone calls, messages, and cards on my actual birthday, the 22nd of September. #54 isn't all that bad. #birthdaycelebration by @apthefitdad

The main event was seeing one of my favorite bands, @jungle4eva perform, from a suite, at the United Center 😁🤯 Awesome experience, awesome time, awesome people. You are missing out on the feel good happy music this band created and their music videos are magical...if you love music plus choreography. ✌🏾💯 by @apthefitdad

A collage of college football, friends, and, food! We did eat well, and we did eat (and drink) often! My good friend Joe and his lovely wife @carlah20112 were the best hosts. I had a great time meeting their friends on Thursday and spending time with them all weekend. by @apthefitdad

I had a wonderful day on September 11, with a great breakfast followed by a dominant Cubs victory! My friends were working from home so I was able to spend a few hours at the ballpark! @officialwrigleyfield is the best place for ⚾ and I'm going to get back. by @apthefitdad
