LATE POLICY UPDATE.

I know this is a long video but pleaseeeeee make sure you are aware of our late policy going forward. It is listed on our website, in booking registration, and again in confirmation emails in case you forget.

TLDW: doors close 5 min after class start. There are no late entries once doors close, no exceptions. This is for your safety. Reach out if you need support.

Reminder that late cancels and no shows will be charged $10 in addition to losing their class credit. Thankfully we have not had to implement this fee *yet* however with classes selling out and several folks on the waitlist who don’t get the chance to fill that spot- we will be applying this policy in full effect going forward. by @aqua.vida

Make a whole evening of letting go ✨

Trade your to-do list for a floating savasana. Let the sounds wash over you, the water hold you, and your phone miss you for a little while.

Yoga sets the stage for a unique experiential workout. Yoga can easily be adapted to different spaces, settings, props and sensory experiences. This weekend on the blog I’m sharing my favorite experiential yoga classes in the Philadelphia area in another “By Brooke” feature.

Learn about outdoor flows that immerse you in nature @beeinspiredyoga @camaraderieambler @movementdesignedtofeelgood and other unique yoga classes that challenge your balance @aqua.vida and @juliemilleryoga

It’s all on the blog this weekend www.fitnessfindsonthemainline.com

Imagine being held by the water as the sounds wash over you—
Rocked by the gentle rhythm of the waves.
Serenaded by the vibrations of the steel drum.
All while the sun melts into the horizon.

Nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.

There’s something about being weightless in water, surrounded by sound, that invites the nervous system to soften.

We create these experiences as a reminder that you don’t always have to *do* something to feel better.

Sometimes, you just need to be given the permission to let go.

Come experience it for yourself 🌊

sometimes the most intentional thing we can do is slow down.

we spend so much time asking our bodies to keep going — to move, work, create, nurture, show up, and carry us through every season. but how often do we pause to simply thank our bodies for everything they do for us?

cardioroots x @aqua.vida is always our beautiful reminder that rest, stillness, and softness deserve a place in our wellness too. that slowing down isn’t falling behind, I t’s creating space to reconnect, listen, breathe, and appreciate the body that shows up for us every single day.

grateful for movement, but even more grateful for the moments that remind us why we move. 🌊🌱🤍

thank you always @aqua.vida for bringing my vision to life and for pouring into my community🫶🏾
