How does one describe Momocon?

A place where every individual exists at one place? Where you meet people still trying to find their footing in an ever changing industry whilst hanging out with others who are at the top of their game, and are landmarks within an industry you’re a part of? A place where dreamers from every corner of the world and every fandoms come to escape from reality? Where the artistic visionary comes to have fun and learn more about their craft? To find old friends you’ve known for years yet only through a screen, and new ones who are cooler than you’d ever think possible? A place where you meet your co-workers and the people who’ve given life to your characters? Where you are one in a sea of thousands of like-minded people that are so hard to find in the real world?

Well, yes. But there is a much simpler way to describe it. A dream. Wandering the endless rows of artists, and seeing what people create. Building bonds you’d never would’ve otherwise. A place for dreamers and visionaries to thrive. That’s what Momocon is.

For this being my first time at MomoCon it is truly life-changing. I did things that I’ve never would’ve dreamed of doing. It is quite possibly one of the greatest experiences of my life, and most definitely the highlight of my year so to everyone I’ve met thank you so much for being such wonderful people, you guys have made it truly unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to next year, and I know it’s going to be even better than this one.

Until next time y’all, keep being awesome.

NEW SERIES:

We’ve noticed a lot of new people creating animation studios of their own, so we wanted to lend a helping hand and help make their studios the best they can be! So we made Pipeline to help you guys avoid the same mistakes we made!

@j1con was dope, I met so many cool people and being able to help my friend @sillyminny out with their first table as well as watching their first panel is an experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. #photos #j1con #indieanimation by @aquinuofficial

There’s a whole lot of laughs, jokes, and memes that went into this studio, and now, they will be laid bare on the table for all you to see! Production has been, and hopefully will continue to be a blast so we can provide you with more moments like these!

A piece I commissioned from my good friend @linastardustz of my OC, Zeph, and her OC, Diomedes from her series “Villains of the Universe”! It goes so utterly hard.
