One chapter closes. Another begins. 🏁

After years of building AReeve Performance in King’s Lynn, the time has come to say goodbye to the place that has been home to so many builds, hours on the dyno, race cars, late nights and great memories.

But this isn’t the end.

It’s the start of something much bigger.

AReeve Performance has moved to Snetterton Circuit. 🏎️

A purpose-built new home, right at the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic circuits — bringing together our workshop, tuning, dyno, motorsport and specialist car sales operations under one roof.

Thank you to every customer, friend, supplier and partner who has been part of the journey so far.

Another JCW in for our Stage 1 ECU calibration, with the focus on more than just chasing a headline figure.

Proper tuning means careful calibration, accurate data logging and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the car delivers strong, consistent performance while retaining excellent drivability and reliability on the road.

Final results:

🔥 295 BHP
💪 433 Nm

A seriously effective upgrade for the F56 JCW — sharper response, stronger mid-range and a noticeable step up in performance throughout the rev range.

Every car is tuned and tested on our MAHA 4WD rolling road, allowing us to monitor the car throughout the process and verify the results.

First race in the Audi TCR today 🏁

A completely different car to anything I’ve raced before, so there’s a huge amount to learn and plenty still to get my head around.

We made some really good progress from qualifying through to Race 1 and Race 2, coming away with:

🥈 2 x P2 in Class and 3rd overall

Really happy with that for our first outing in the car, but for me, racing is about much more than just the results.

One of the best parts is seeing the kids enjoying race weekends, getting involved and helping out, and being able to spend the time doing something I love surrounded by good friends and family.

That’s what makes the weekends special 🫶🏁

A huge thank you to @mahauk_garage_equipment @maha_dynamometers for coming on board as a new sponsor and supporting our racing programme. Really proud to have them involved and looking forward to what we can achieve together 🤝

718 BOXSTER S | STAGE 1 🔥

This stunning Porsche 718 Boxster S joined us for our Stage 1 ECU tuning package, delivering some seriously impressive gains:

🚀 +54 BHP
💪 +102 NM

Every tuning session starts with the car being run on our MAHA 4WD rolling road in standard form. This gives us a crucial pre-tuning health check, allowing us to monitor the vehicle, check power delivery and establish an accurate baseline before making any changes.

Once tuned, it’s straight back onto the dyno for before & after testing, allowing us to verify the gains, monitor the car under load and make sure the calibration is performing exactly as it should.

No guesswork. No generic claimed figures. Measured before. Tuned in-house. Verified after. 📈

The result? An additional 54 BHP & 102 NM, with stronger acceleration, improved throttle response and a much harder pull through the rev range.

Performance built properly.

This M2 Competition recently joined us for a complete AReeve performance package, with all supporting modifications carried out in-house before the car reached our dyno.

Before tuning, we installed the Insane Performance 4-Pin Crank Hub as an important preventative upgrade, alongside the supporting hardware required to safely and consistently achieve the performance target.

With the hardware complete, we moved onto our MAHA 4WD Rolling Road for bespoke calibration.

Using ECUTek RaceROM, we developed three individually calibrated power levels, selectable directly through the factory steering wheel controls:

MAP 1 — 586 BHP / 607 Nm
MAP 2 — 620 BHP / 663 Nm
MAP 3 — 718 BHP / 831 Nm

The supporting specification includes:

• Insane Performance 4-Pin Crank Hub
• NGK Spark Plugs
• CoolingMist Methanol Injection
• Boost & Flow Monitoring
• ECUTek RaceROM
• AReeve Bespoke Dyno Calibration

The result: 718 BHP and 831 Nm from the original S55 engine, with the supporting modifications, preventative work and calibration all completed by AReeve Performance.

For us, it isn’t simply about achieving a headline figure.
