A message from your CEO: Today, we proudly celebrate three years of DNA Partners! What started as a vision built on relationships, trust, and a commitment to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding organizations, has grown into a thriving partnership and a trusted resource for our clients and candidates. Over the past three years, we have had the privilege of helping companies build stronger teams and helping professionals take the next step in their careers. Every placement, every client relationship, and every candidate success story has contributed to our journey. Our goal then, as it is now, is to meet and exceed our clients and candidates expectations. As our beloved country celebrates 250 years of history, resilience, and progress, DnA Partners is so honored to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and also celebrate our journey & partnership together for its 27th year!!! While our nation’s incredible legacy stands on its foundations, we recognize that our personal success/stuggles are also built on the foundations laid by generations of Americans who sacrificed, served, innovated, and led with courage - as we try to each and every day. We show such gratitude for those who came before us and for the opportunities their sacrifices have made possible for us to live in freedom and to achieve our dreams! @danhurd1298 & @ar44300 continue to work hard everyday to fight the same fight and protect one another in pursuit of life, liberty and happiness!!! Please join us in celebrating her birthday and being reminded to be kind to one another, believe one another, and achieve greatness by being a part of something greater than one another!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA ❤️🤍💙 #4thofjuly #america250 #nyc #fireworks #bestself by @ar44300
What I know for sure as I lay my head down after a prideful and glorious day of celebration, and look across the skyline of the most beautiful city in the world—New York City—I am reminded that today was about so much more than a parade. It was about freedom. Equality. Purpose. It was a reminder that we are all part of something greater than ourselves. We are the examples for future generations, the better version of our past, and, most importantly, we are the present version of our best self. I am living proof of what humanity is capable of when love is louder than fear, when authenticity triumphs over conformity, and when every person has the freedom to exist as they are. We are Love. Light. We are gay! By achieving our dreams and living it each and every day with grace, humility and good intent, I can Unapologetically, and with out reservation, wish everyone a Happy Pride. 🌈 #gaypride #nyc #bestself #parade #love 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ by @ar44300
Happy Anniversary, Buddha @ar44300 . This past year, like the past 4 before, tested you, but your love, dedication to me, and all your sacrifices have brought us even closer and made us tougher. Thank you for weathering every storm with me. I couldn’t have found my way back to myself, or to you, without your steady hand. You saw the best in me even when I couldn’t, and you gave me hope when I had none. Thank you for every day, especially the hard ones. I am grateful for another year of us. Happy 27!!! I love you. by @ar44300

This month signifies my 25th year of being out! To steal from a buddy of mine, @kmalcolm it always hits home for me. It’s been 25 years (half my life) since I came out as gay, and I’m endlessly grateful for the love and support I’ve received from my friends and family since that day. You’ve stood by me, lifted me up, and helped me live openly and authentically — thank you, truly. Pride Month matters deeply to all of us in this community, to my family, and to so many of my colleagues around the world. It’s about visibility, resilience, and love. It’s about remembering how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go. So whether you’re celebrating, supporting, or simply listening — thank you. Pride is personal, and your kindness over the years has made all the difference. 🌈 Thank you @dhurddna25 for living without pause in who you are and showing me my light and love. For that, I will always be grateful. Happy Pride 🏳️‍🌈 #PrideMonth #Gratitude #LGBTQ+ #LoveIsLove #32YearsOut by @ar44300
Throw back to a few weeks ago celebrating @nygayfootball #NYGFL 20th anniversary. While this moment seemed impossible just 6 months ago, it’s confirmation, that when you truly believe in change - first from within - then anything you want in life is achievable! I’m grateful for everyone through this process and our journey! Stay tuned Season 3 is around the corner …. #TomFord #believeachieve #greaterthanourselves #26yearstogether #failureisnotgettingup by @ar44300

Substance abuse is an epidemic way too familiar within the 🏳️‍🌈 community and beyond! We feel shame, guilt, hurt and all things in betweeen. What we do not spend time much on are the REAL victims! The spouses/partners. What we ensure we do is pander to the user, become enablers without knowing, and what we allow is blame onto ourselves for no reason. WE are the victims. We did nothing wrong! Why do we get up every day and choose better in life; wealth, health, and always choose family and friends and hard work, and the responsible actions? What we ask of these inncoent good partners is to absorb the shame of the addict, carry the lies and fight in hopes that our partner gets better and does better; all the while losing themselves in the process. You are introduced to a world of unfathomable grief, horror, unimaginable pain, financial ruin and solitude! I share this experience after 4 years of silence not to shame the struggles one has, but to inspire even one persons life to be better. I am domestic violence survivor! Whichever side of the tracks you fall. What I know for sure is I have dedicated 4 years of a 25 year relationship to the man I love in sickness (and in mental health). I’ve lost so much but not myself, my resolve, my fight, and love for life and a better version of it. I refuse to fall victim. Sometimes the hardest choices are the ones right in front of us. If it is time to let go, then I accept this. But to be clear it’s never the city, the past of your family trauma, the job, the partner or any other BS they call “triggers” it’s not even the substance itself, its YOU! I will always be by your side and your ride or die 💯 But YOU must now choose every day what you want to be and why you want to be it. There’s no more time or excuses. No more programs, medication changes, doctors, etc. you either choose US or you choose that! Time will tell and our love will be tested one last time! But I have also learned to know my worth! YOU must decide to seek the help no one else can. Buddha, I love you as much today as ever! #25years #105relapses #yourestilltheone #iwillalwaysloveyou #toothemoonandback #accountability #sober by @ar44300
