🚨 Long post alert 🚨

Early in December, my sweet friend Brittany reached out and asked if I would consider adopting their dog, Lucy. Life had shifted dramatically for them, and they wanted to do right by Lucy—to make sure she received the love, care, and attention she so deserves.

At the time, I was in the middle of a 3-day fast. My heart was shouting YES, but from a worldly perspective, it didn’t feel “ideal.” So I asked if I could give my answer after the fast. I sought the Lord. This morning was one of those sweet, simple gifts from God — riding horses with Bella, just the two of us, breathing in fresh air and gratitude 🐴💗

There’s something about watching your child find joy and confidence in the saddle… it reminds me that God is always guiding us, steadying us, and teaching us to trust the ride.

Watching her soar from one end to the other reminds me of how God gives us the freedom to fly when we trust Him 🙌🏼

Life is a lot like this swing—sometimes it feels like we’re suspended in midair, but with faith, we know He will carry us safely to the other side 💕

🎨✨ Watching Bella and Colleen paint together reminded me of how the Lord invites us into His creativity. Just like Colleen guides Bella, Jesus guides us—turning our messy strokes into something beautiful. 💙

When we keep our eyes on Him, we can walk on the water. And even when we stumble, His hand is always reaching out, ready to lift us up again 😭🙌🏼🌊✝️

Bella was living her best life at the jump house — jumping, tumbling, and giggling nonstop 🩷

There’s something so powerful about watching kids play…
No fear. No stress. Just freedom, fun, and full trust that they’re safe and loved.
