Not just the Gita - UCLA also did a study on the power of visualizing the steps along the way and concluded that to build a vision board that works - "Don't visualize the end, visualize the steps and actions you're going to take" by @aradhita95

In my 20s I got advice… by @aradhita95

I was scared to ask such a seemingly controversial question in a room of 100s of people.

But when I saw Dr Jane Goodall- someone I’ve admired and loved since grade 5, I knew I had to ask it.

She has fought for and taken up risky endeavours to advocate for the natural world and our animal friends - for her whole life- for 90 years!

We must continue the fight, for her, for our furry friends, for our planet ❤️ by @aradhita95

Every zip code in Mumbai needs this - or is that asking for too much? 💚 by @aradhita95

I'm in the city of opposites.

The city of bullet holes and blessings.
Of golden temples and dusty streets.
Of loud markets and silent prayers.

A city where shoes come off, and heads get covered.
Where the sounds of shabads and scooters fill the air

Here the largest free kitchen in the world - runs on the smallest hope -

That no one will sleep hungry tonight.

Here people cry in front of the Guru,
and laugh over kulchas

And every person carries pain and pride
like stars carry their shine

Here silence sits next to noise.
And grief's lover is joy.

In a world that constantly asks you to rise,
Amritsar reminds you to bow. by @aradhita95

Comment ANIMAL LOVE and I will DM the joining info to you ❤️ by @aradhita95
