Aral Roca 2022 - From Fall to Recovery: My Journey with Parkour

Hi everyone, my name is Aral Roca and in this video I want to share my story about how parkour helped me recover from an accident I had a year ago. After breaking my balance apparatus in my ear, I suffered from dizziness and difficulties in staying fit. But thanks to parkour, I have managed to regain my balance and feel strong and fit again. This video is a summary of my journey from the moment of the accident until today. I want to thank my family and my friends for their support on this journey. I hope you enjoy watching the video! Thank you for watching!

Today I'm 31 years old 🎉!

To celebrate it I've made a compilation video (with some new shots). Besides, I started training the same month as my birthday, so I also celebrate 14 years of training.

I hope you like the video, and I would appreciate it if you could share it. Thank you. by @aralroca
