처음에는 home+chic로 테마로 그림을 그리기 시작했는데,
바빠지면서 homesick로 고쳐 그리게 되었습니다.🏠
물론 바쁘다는 것에는 좋은 일이라고 생각해요.
일의 대소사를 떠나 보람과 성취가 따라올 때도 많구요. 🔥
하지만 언제나 모든일이 그럴수는 없기에
따듯한 집을 그리워하며 그려보았습니다. 😉

At first, I began painting with a theme of ‘home chic,’ exploring the elegance and charm of our living spaces. As life got busier, my artistic focus shifted towards ‘homesick.’ I believe being busy is often a good thing, bringing with it a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment, regardless of the magnitude of the task. However, it‘s not always possible to feel this way, so I found myself longing for the warmth of home. This inspired a slight alteration in my art, reflecting this yearning.

연말이면 일상이 쌓여 1년이 지나갔다는 사실이 신기하죠. 돌이켜보면 특별한 새로운 일은 없어도, 모든 날이 다르고 소중한 날이었습니다. 매일의 온도, 잠깐의 딴생각, 스쳐가는 만남, 올려본 하늘과 같은 소소한 변주만으로도 일상은 얼마든지 다채로울 수 있었어요. 제 그림이 소소하지만 일상의 즐거운 한 조각이 될수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 100팔로우 기념으로 감사의 인사를 전합니다.

At the end of the year, it’s fascinating to realize that a whole year has passed in the accumulation of everyday life. Looking back, while there might not have been any extraordinary new events, every day was different and precious. Each day’s temperature, brief distractions, passing encounters, and perspectives, these subtle variations made each day colorful in its own way. I hope my art can be a small, joyful piece amidst this kind of everyday life. I extend my gratitude as a celebration of reaching 100 followers.

패턴이 가득한 목도리를 그리고 싶었습니다. 🟡🔷🔺🟩
조금씩 시간을 내서 그리는 이 시간이 너무 즐겁네요. ☺️
곧 설날이니, 다음에는 한복을 그려봐야겠어요.

I wanted to draw a muffler full of patterns. Taking time out to paint this has been such a joy.
With the Lunar New Year approaching, I think I‘ll try drawing a Hanbok next.

There are things you notice while running. Although it’s still hot, I can feel autumn slowly approaching. The sky is beautiful, and the green leaves and flowers are lovely, reminding me once again that while goals are important, it‘s equally important to take in the surroundings.

달리기를 하다 보면 보이는 것들이 있어요. 아직 덥긴 하지만, 조금씩 가을이 오는 것이 느껴지네요. 하늘도 예쁘고, 푸릇푸릇한 잎사귀와 꽃들도 아름다워서 목표도 중요하지만, 주위를 둘러보는 것도 그만큼 중요하다는 생각이 또 다시 듭니다.
