Who’s craving all the fall spices!? 🙋🏻‍♀️ MeeEee!
It’s what I look forward to the most :) I’m definitely not a cold-weather person lol, but give me all the cozy warming spices and a drive to Apple Hill to stock up on all things apple, and I’m a happy girl. 🍎✨

Our house-made Spiced Honeycrisp Apple Sauce blends perfectly with creamy oat milk and our silky-smooth, organic ceremonial-grade matcha. 🍵🍎

Not only will you fall in love with the cozy, delicious flavor, but you’ll also get a little dose of nutritious goodness from matcha, cinnamon and apples, including antioxidants and potassium. 💖

Basically… fall in a cup. 🍂🍎💚

Hope to see you all this October ! by @arawanmatcha

🍓Strawberry Fields Matcha 🍓

House made organic strawberry compote, oat milk and matcha makes for a refreshing cooling treat with all the good summer vibes ☀️❤️

We all know how good strawberries taste but did you know there are so many benefits from eating them.
Strawberries support your immune and heart health.
They are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, folate and fiber. Plus we all know how cute and delicious they are !
🥰🍓❤️

My type of eating right there! Sweet treats with health benefits ❤️

Did you know matcha is a superfood? It is! Plus it’s delicious!

It has 10x the concentration of antioxidants and it contains EGCG aka Epigallocatechin gallate! This potent antioxidant is known to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, has anti-inflammatory properties and so much more!

Not only that but matcha contains L-theanin which can heighten your focus and concentration and may increase alpha waves in the brain, which are linked to mental relaxation and may help counteract stress signals. Who doesn’t need that !

So much goodness in a scoop of matcha ! Plus Arawan Matcha is organic which means it is free of chemicals and pesticides. When you get a drink from me, know that I have your health in mind ❤️
