Meet the family behind ARBEL.

We’re Gaya, Romi & Kareen — two sisters, a mom, and the women behind ARBEL PILATES.

We started ARBEL because we wanted to create something that felt like more than a place to work out. A place where you come to move, but stay for the feeling. Where your instructor knows your name, familiar faces become friendships, and ARBEL becomes part of your routine, your reset, and your community.

That’s what these five words mean to us:

ALIGN. RESTORE. BALANCE. ELEVATE. LIVE.

They’ve guided us through building ARBEL and represent everything we hope this space gives back to you.

We may be the women behind ARBEL, but you are the reason for it.

To everyone who has followed along, supported us, and cheered us on already — thank you. It means more to us than you know.

We can’t wait to finally open our doors and welcome you in.

Every detail of ARBEL has meaning behind it, even the socks we chose to wear in our photoshoot. 🩶

From the beginning, we knew we wanted ARBEL to be about more than Pilates. We want to build a community that supports the people around us and gives back to causes that truly mean something to us.

That’s why we chose to wear @julestrongproject socks in our shoot.

The Julestrong Project was created by our friend and future ARBEL instructor, Jules, who was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma at just 9 years old. More than 10 years later, she turned her own childhood cancer journey into something incredibly meaningful: creating hospital grip socks for children undergoing cancer treatment, designed to bring a little more comfort, strength, and happiness during some of their hardest days.

Having Jules as part of the ARBEL community makes this even more special to us, and we’re so grateful to be able to use these photos to share the meaning behind what she has created.

This is the kind of community we hope to build at ARBEL one that moves together, supports one another, and gives back.
