don’t even play— the energy was THERE 🖤 taken in EōS Fitness by @arbieinmotion

I didn’t just find a workout… I found a version of me I forgot existed.

MixxedFit brought back my confidence and reminded me how good it feels to just move and take up space.

If you know me, you KNOW I don’t play about dance or fitness—
and Erika? Yeah… she knows exactly what she’s doing.

This isn’t just a class—
it’s why I said yes to more.

If you’ve been needing a spark… this is it ✨ by @arbieinmotion
