This radiant bride came to me for a pre-wedding energetic glow-up, and let me tell you—her inner light was SHINING throughout her wedding weekend. ✨

Brides invest soo much time and money into beauty treatments, but the *real* glow comes from within. Your energy is truly what sets the tone for your wedding day.

She wanted to step into her wedding weekend feeling calm, grounded, and vibrating at her highest frequency—and that’s exactly what we called in during our session.

Just look at her GLOW! 🌟

January is always a slower month for me as I spend a lot of time reflecting on the previous year. I journal almost every day and keep track of any messages or insights that come through via meditation, books and podcasts, friends and teachers, oracle cards, synchronicities, etc.

Each January, I go through hundreds of pages in my journals and review the biggest lessons learned and the messages I received time and time again.

This process always takes me a few weeks, as there’s so much information to sift through. It allows me to relive and remember so many aha moments, where something shifted within or clicked.

I know that these messages are meant not just for me, but for the collective. Which one resonates most with you? ✨ by @arcadiahealingcenter

Over the weekend, @sarahdaisey and @taylorkhunter guided 22 beautiful souls in releasing what was no longer serving us and dreaming into our biggest, juiciest desires for 2025. 💫

It was a truly magical morning spent sipping cacao, moving our bodies, meditating, journaling, and raising our vibration in the magnificent garden of @arcadiahealingcenter. 🌱
