don’t kill my vibe 💀 by @dbphotography 📷 by @sarahdaisey

On our first date so many years ago, you told me you wanted to travel the world with me. I laughed it off, but 13 years and countless adventures later, I now know you meant every word. 🌎

Our honeymoon in Africa was a DREAM COME TRUE — but so is the everyday life I get to share with you.

I love our grocery runs, making the bed together, and texting nonstop whenever we’re apart. I love that you write me letters, teach me the history of every place we visit, and indulge me in playing with my new oracle deck.

I love your dance moves, and nothing makes me happier than seeing you happy and free. I could go on and on, but you’re a private man, so I’ll leave it at that and say…

Happy 35th birthday to the best husband IN THE WORLD. I thank my lucky stars every day that I get to do this beautiful life with you. Te amo @jaholzer❣️ by @sarahdaisey

When @vaniarivero__ and I dreamed up this retreat, we set out to create the kind of Ayahuasca experience we would want for our best friends and sisters. One year ago, that dream became a reality with our first-ever She Who Rises retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru. 👵🏾🌿

What unfolded over those three nights changed us from the inside out.

At the heart of it all were our four Shipibo maestras — women who carry generations of ancestral wisdom with extraordinary power, humility, humor, and love. They are, hands down, the most badass healers I have ever experienced. To sit with them and receive their medicine is a profound privilege.

Looking back, I can see that we were able to go so deep because we felt so deeply held by the maestras and by one another. That is the power of sisterhood: it creates a space safe enough to soften, surrender, and transform. 🦋

Yet amid the depth, there was also so much joy and lightness. It felt like the world’s most magical sleepover. We laughed, cuddled, danced, hiked, sang, cried, and held one another through it all.

In a week, Vania and I will return to the Sacred Valley with another incredible group of women. The synchronicities are already unfolding, and I’m so excited to see what La Abuela has in store for us.

In the Sacred Valley, we rise again. 🌹 by @sarahdaisey

In the days since my birthday, I’ve been reflecting on my 34th year, and I realized it was the year I finally gave myself permission to be ALL of me. The year I stopped trying to fit myself into a box and understood that, as my friend @sofiaalva____ says, todo cabe (everything fits).

This past year I added a few new titles I’m proud of — student, initiate, guide, retreat leader, and wife — and stepped more fully into my work as a healer and coach. But the truth is, none of these roles define me.

One day I’m raving until sunrise, and the next I’m deep in the jungle for a shamanic initiation. One day I’m in full bride mode, and the next I’m leading an ayahuasca retreat.

This doesn’t make me inconsistent. It makes me ALIVE.

It’s also the first year I’ve made peace with my Gemini nature. I’ve realized I’m not two-faced — I’m a hundred-faced 🤣 and all of them are authentic.

And this year, my 35th around the sun, I’m inviting even more of myself to come out and play. 🤸‍♀️

The night before our wedding, we welcomed our guests to Puerto Vallarta, a very special place for @jaholzer and I, and that night set the tone for all that was to come. ✨

In Vallarta, all of our worlds collided for the first time. Friends from so many different chapters of our lives traveled across oceans to celebrate our love.

That night, through heartfelt speeches and a crowdsourced short film, we recognized our guests - our chosen family - and thanked them for shaping our lives. After all, every great story starts with great friends.

One of our guests later told us: “The two of you have woven an extraordinary tapestry of connection across worlds, continents, generations, and time. It’s a living artwork, shaped by all the people and places you’ve touched along the way.” 🥹

Her words perfectly capture the spirit of the weekend, and it’s been so beautiful to see the ways these different threads of connection have continued to weave together over the past 6 months. 🧶

Happiness is only real when shared 🫶🚁

A month later and still flying high from this day!! Even an earthquake midway through couldn’t stop us… After all, shift happens 🤣

As the sun was setting and I was dancing on top of my adopted city, surrounded by my besties, I looked around and thought - how did a girl from a small town in Delaware end up here??

All I know is I am so grateful this is my life. And even more grateful for the community I get to share it with. 🙏

Huge congrats to @jaholzer @alexewall @dorsia @lux.studiomx for the most epic end to Art Week. Thank you for keeping us dancing from sunrise to sunset and throwing a party we’ll never forget.

17.11.25 — Our civil ceremony 🌸

Before it became @arcadiahealingcenter, it was @jaholzer’s grandparents’ home for decades and the heart of the Holzer family. It’s where his parents and his aunt & uncle were married, and where so many memories have been made… so it only felt right to hold our civil ceremony there.

It was incredibly special having my family there from Delaware as we merged two families and two worlds I love with all my heart. ❤️

During lunch, we asked our testigos to share a few words, and their speeches completely blew us away! We laughed, we cried, and we were so deeply touched. As we head into the wedding weekend, I’m feeling extra emotional 🥹 and endlessly blessed to have the best friends in the world as we step into this next chapter.

Huge shoutout to my fabulous cuñada @aliholzer for bringing this special day to life. And to my best friend @sophdawgart - at almost 9 months pregnant!!! 🫢 - for showing up in your full radiance as our mistress of ceremony and adding such humor and depth in only the way you can. So incredibly grateful to have you both as my sisters in this life 🤍🙏 by @sarahdaisey

Living in a lucid dream 🦋🌸🐍🧚‍♀️🍭

Celebrating the cosmic love of the Haddalva’s in the psychedelic wonderland of Parque Quetzalcóatl. A day where we stepped into a portal of joy, beauty, creativity, and connection. @dan_haddad_ and @sofiaalva____ thanks for reminding us that love, in its purest form, is art — wild, sacred, and infused with sooo much magic. 💗🪄

2.5 years ago, at a time when I felt completely lost, I did something very out of character — I went to Ecuador to sit with Ayahuasca. 👵🏽🌱

I went seeking clarity around my purpose, but instead, I stepped into the deepest remembering of my life. That experience cracked me open and forever rerouted my path.

Last fall, La Abuela came to me with a clear message: it was time to bring women to her. When I shared this with my Peruvian sister @vaniarivero__, she told me she’d received the same message! In that moment, we knew we were being called to gather our sisters and return to Peru, one of the sacred birthplaces of Ayahuasca. 🇵🇪

Today, after months of preparation, 15 women and four maestras arrive in the Sacred Valley for our first-ever women’s Ayahuasca retreat.

But this isn’t just a retreat.
It’s a reclamation — of our feminine magic, our wisdom, and our truth.

This is a full-circle moment for me and the greatest honor of my life.

Hold us in your hearts as we journey through this sacred portal of becoming and unbecoming. 🌹

See you on the other side! 💫 by @sarahdaisey

After weeks of preparation, we’re on our way to our fourth Burn. I can’t wait to be noodling around on the playa! So happy and free 🤗🌈

As many of you know, Burning Man holds a very special place in my heart. Our first Burn in 2022 felt like a shock to my system - revealing a whole new way of being, showing me the power of energy, and leaving me in absolute awe of human creativity. It jolted me awake and marked the beginning of an entirely new chapter in my life.

Since then, the Burn has been one of my greatest teachers. It’s deepened my relationship with my partner and myself, held me through profound healing, and helped me transmute pain into expansion, joy, and freedom.

Here are some of my favorite moments from last year with some of my favorite people. Burning Man - let’s see what magic you have in store for us this year. 🪄#burningman by @sarahdaisey

The countdown begins… I can’t wait to marry you @jaholzer! 🤍

Some people choose to see the ugliness in this world, the disarray. I choose to see the beauty. 👁️ by @sarahdaisey
