Arcane Roots at ArcTanGent 🩶

welcome back to one of Britain's finest - I missed both sets at 2000trees, so it was great to have the chance to catch a full show at ATG. plus I got to hang with my bestie @carlamundy (thank you for setting up a quick portrait!) taken in ArcTanGent by @arcaneroots

I’m so happy that this band are back, I saw them on one of their last shows before they went on an 8 year hiatus so it was incredible to see them again and photograph them.

Not such a bad way to spend a Friday night! @arctangentfestival you were absolutely incredible! Thank you to everyone who sang their hearts out and danced with us, we will never forget it.

This brings our little @2000trees_festival & @arctangentfestival run to an end, something that has lead this entire reformation from the start. Huge thanks to @jamestreesatg & @goodasgoldgroupuk and everyone in our incredible team.

Next stop, London!

MK - Brighton - Trees - ATG
I’ve been in head over heels love with this band for nearly half my life, so it’s been absolutely wild to be asked to come along for their return. Immensely grateful to especially @state_of_lux and @jackgwrench for their trust, but also to the whole gang of lovely people on, beside, and behind the stage - you’ve made this an unforgettable summer

ArcTanGent, we will see you tomorrow on the Main Stage! We were reminded today that Arcane Roots played the first-ever ATG back in 2013, so we feel honoured to be returning to these hallowed grounds for the final year at Fernhill Farm! See you at 17:50 sharp!

The first video detailing the writing & recording of the next @arcaneroots record is out now on my Patreon!

First step, get all those little song ideas off of my phone and into a DAW!

Tones coming from that lovely Duchess in the back!

It’s Bandcamp Friday everyone! Bandcamp will waive its share the revenue for 24hrs, with the artist receiving 80% of the purchase. Please help support us and the other artists on there, including some of the incredible artists on our wonderful label @bsmrocks.

The multiple endings and remix/rework of ‘A Wave, Across The Sea’ are available on Bandcamp exclusively.

It’s time to make the new Arcane Roots record. After such an incredible summer of shows so far and the amazing response to ‘A Wave, Across The Sea’, it feels like now is the time to push the envelope even further and make something truly special.

If that’s something you’d like to support, please consider joining one of my Patreon tiers, where I’ll be documenting the entire process start to finish, along with some rig rundowns, production breakdowns & play-throughs.

I’ll be moving back to the UK next month and if this is a viable option, then I can work on the record full time. More music, more often, more fun!
